Start the Process
Selling Your St. Louis County Home
The process starts with the initial assessment of the property, which is going through your home inside and out, and figuring what needs to be done to make your home stand above the rest in the St. Louis Real Estate market. I feel I do have that unique, innate ability to look at a property to make those critical decisions. This can be something as simple as painting a room or as complex as a mini renovation. I have seen over and over again how the proper presentation of your home really does enhance its value in the St. Louis Real Estate market. I see too often, homes coming up for sale in less than pristine conditions, and in my opinion, really does affect their end results.
I do have a team of people that work with me to get this task completed in a reasonable amount of time and to have a professional, polished result. When I put a property on the market with my name on it, I have to be certain that we have put 100% of ourselves into doing the best we can to make your home market-ready. The St. Louis Real Estate market is best understood by an agent who has lived and worked in the real estate industry for as long as I have (for more information about my background and experience, please see (Jiggs’ Story). I can give you the necessary assessment and expert opinion on how to best condition your home so that it generates the right kind of interest.
“Jane and I never had any doubts about your knowledge and skills regarding how to sell our house, but let us express our gratitude anyway. You are a REAL PRO! You guided us through this honestly, fairly, informatively and graciously.
We got our price and other key things too. You marketed the property superbly. AND everything happened so quickly — thanks to your wise advice.
We both knew that you knew what you were doing but we were (nonetheless) very impressed with how you handled everything.
You can’t know how grateful we are!” — Joe & Jane
